Dr. Anjana Gangadharan is an Assistant Professor in the School of Biological Sciences. She was a recipient of Kerala State Council for Science, Technology & Environment (KSCSTE) Fellowship and with that she did a PhD in Zoology from the Zoological Survey of India, Western Ghat Regional Centre, Calicut, Kerala. She completed her Master’s Degree from Mahatma Gandhi University (MG University), Kottayam, Kerala with university rank and was honoured with the Prof. M. M. Sebastian Memorial award and Proficiency award for Outstanding Achievements. 
She has participated and presented numerous scientific papers in National/ International Conferences. Her expertise and research interests are in the field of Insect Taxonomy, Animal Diversity, Gall rearing and Host-parasitoid associations
