Failure to meet these requirements may result in academic probation or termination of enrolment.
Hostel Terms:
Students residing in university-provided accommodation must comply with hostel rules and regulations. These include maintaining discipline, respecting curfews, ensuring proper use of amenities, and upholding a safe and respectful environment for all residents. Breach of hostel rules may result in disciplinary actions including eviction or suspension from the hostel.
Fee Structure and Payment Terms:
Students are expected to pay their tuition and applicable fees in full by the due date as mentioned in the academic calendar or fee notice. In case of non-payment, a penalty of 2% of the unpaid amount will be charged for late payments.
Intellectual Property:
All content published on the AIPH University website, including text, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of the university or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Conduct:
Students, faculty, and staff are expected to uphold the highest standards of academic and personal integrity. Any involvement in misconduct, including cheating, plagiarism, harassment, or abuse of university property or services, may result in disciplinary action.
Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the university shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Odisha.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
AIPH University is committed to transparent and student-friendly financial policies. Our refund and cancellation guidelines are designed to ensure fairness while also maintaining administrative efficiency.
Application Fee:
Currently, AIPH University does not charge any application fee for admissions. The registration fee is Rs.300 for General & Rs.100 for SC/ST/OBC which is not refundable.
Admission Fee:
The university does not require a separate one-time admission fee. The fee structure includes tuition and semester-based charges as applicable to each program.
Refund of Semester Fees:
Students who choose to withdraw from the university may be eligible for a refund based on the timing of their request:
- Before the first day of classes: The full amount of the semester tuition fees paid is refundable.
- On or after the first day of classes: No refund will be granted under any circumstances.
Mode of Refund:
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment or via direct bank transfer to the student’s registered account.
Cancellation of Admission by University:
AIPH University reserves the right to cancel admission if:
- Submitted documents are found to be invalid or fraudulent
- The student fails to meet the eligibility criteria
- Fee payment is not completed within the deadline
