Terms of Reference:
- The tenure of this cell is for three years from the date of notification.
- To follow the University Grants Commission (UGC) guidelines/notifications from time to time and comply with them with the approval of the Registrar of the University.
- Oversee the implementation of reservation policies according to Government of India and UGC guidelines.
- Help students familiarize themselves with available resources and support at the University.
- Circulate updates on GOI and UGC policies, schemes, and opportunities for SC/ST & OBC candidates, including training and employment in education.
- Act as a Grievance Redressal Cell for addressing complaints from SC/ST students and employees.
- Provide counselling services to SC/ST students for managing academic and personal issues.
- Raise awareness of scholarships and financial programs offered by the state government.
